At Cardiff Idiomas we design every training program according to the company's specific needs, the participants' profiles and the objectives defined by HR.
Needs assessment
We work with the company to analyze what competencies participants need to develop: meetings, presentations, client communication, interviews, email writing or industry-specific vocabulary.
Level interviews
We conduct individual interviews to assess each participant's oral level, comprehension and needs. We then deliver a report to HR with the results and a group formation proposal.
Group formation
We organize small, homogeneous groups by level, availability and professional goals. We also offer individual training when the role or participant's needs require a specific program.
Program design
We define content, methodology and materials according to each group's level and activity. Programs combine general English, professional communication and real situations from the company's work environment.
Live online classes
Classes are synchronous, participatory and communication-focused. We work with meetings, presentations, conversations, emails, documents and specific situations participants need to handle in English.
Follow-up and evaluation
We continuously monitor attendance, participation and each student's progress. The company receives periodic reports and evaluations to measure results, identify difficulties and make adjustments when necessary.
